1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) open to all legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older, except residents of Florida and employees (and their immediate families and household members) of Superstation, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, trustees, franchisees, participating vendors, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and affiliated entities (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"). Void in Alaska, Florida, Hawaii and wherever taxed, prohibited or restricted by law. Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules and Regulations (“Official Rules”).

2. HOW TO ENTER: From June 22 – August 17, 2004 (the “Promotional Period”), Sponsor will conduct a national Sweepstakes encouraging participants to play an online trivia game each week during its airing of the television program “Outback Jack” (the “Enhanced Programming”) and enter for a chance to win a trip to Australia. The Enhanced Programming is tentatively scheduled to air on TBS from 9:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time/Pacific Time (“ET/PT”) and from approximately 11:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. ET/PT on the following Tuesdays: June 22, June 29, July 6, July 13, July 20, July 27, August 3 and August 10, 2004. Beginning at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT) each Tuesday and ending at 8:59 p.m. (ET/PT) the following Tuesday of the Promotional Period (the “Weekly Promotional Period”), participants may enter the weekly drawing for a chance to win an Outback Jack prize pack. Participants may enter either via the game playing method or the non-game playing method (as described below). To enter via the game playing method, participants must: (i) log on to the Sponsor’s website, located at www.tbs.tv, during the Promotional Period, (ii) go to the “Outback Jack” microsite and receive instructions to download the interactive television program software and (iii) download such software. Once a participant has downloaded the necessary software and completes and submits the online entry form, including name, address, telephone number, age and e-mail address (if any), he/she can play the Enhanced Outback Jack online trivia game while the Enhanced Programming is airing on TBS during the Promotional Period. Participants can earn one (1) additional entry for each trivia and/or sponsor question answered at the time they appear on their computer screen during the Enhanced Programming. There will be approximately forty (40) questions asked during each episode of the Enhanced Programming. One (1) episode will be broadcast two (2) times during the Promotional Period. Entries need not include the correct answer to any trivia and/or sponsor questions in order to be eligible. To enter without playing the online trivia game, participants must: (i) log on to the Sponsor’s website, located at www.tbs.tv, during the Promotional Period, (ii) go to the “Outback Jack” microsite and (iii) complete and submit the online entry form, including name, address, telephone number, age and e-mail address (if any). Participants who enter via the non-game playing method may enter up to forty (40) times per each Weekly Promotional Period. To be eligible for the weekly drawing, participants must log onto the TBS website at least one (1) time during the Weekly Promotional Period and complete and submit the online entry form, including name, address, age and e-mail address and all entries must be received no later than 8:59 p.m. (ET/PT) each Tuesday of the Weekly Promotional Period. To be eligible for the grand prize drawing, participants must log onto the TBS website at least one (1) time during the Promotional Period and complete and submit the online entry form, including name, address, age and e-mail address and all entries must be submitted beginning at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on June 22, 2004 and received no later than 8:59 p.m. (ET/PT) on August 17, 2004. All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and prizes can only be awarded to the person whose name is on each winning entry. Sponsor is not responsible for pre-emptions, black-outs or any other non-controllable acts concerning the Enhanced Programming. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for misdirected, incomplete, lost, late, illegible or postage due entries, technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind which may limit or affect a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of sabotage, acts of God, terrorism, computer virus or other events or causes beyond the Sponsor’s control which corrupt the integrity, administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such cancellation. False or deceptive entries or acts will render an entrant ineligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit forty (40) entries per person or e-mail address per Weekly Promotional Period.

3. HOW TO WIN: One (1) grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected by an independent judging organization on or around August 22, 2004, from all eligible entries received within the dates and times specified above. Twenty (20) weekly prize winners (individually, a “Weekly Prize Winner” and collectively, the “Weekly Prize Winners”) will be randomly selected by an independent judging organization on or around June 30, July 7, July 14, July 21, July 28, August 4, August 11 and August 18, 2004, respectively, from all eligible entries received during the preceding Weekly Promotional Period (the “Grand Prize Winner” and the “Weekly Prize Winners” will be collectively referred to as the “Winners”). The decisions of the judges will be final and binding. The odds of being a Weekly Prize Winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Weekly Promotional Period. The odds of being the Grand Prize Winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotional Period. Winners will be confirmed via e-mail and/or telephone and must meet all eligibility requirements including the timely execution and return of all necessary releases and documents.

4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a thirteen (13) day/twelve (12) night trip for two (2) to Australia, at an approximate market value (“AMV”) of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00). The trip includes the following: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from the U.S. gateway city nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Australia, (ii) standard, double occupancy (1 room) hotel accommodations in Adelaide, Australia for two (2) nights, (iii) standard, double occupancy (1 room) hotel accommodations on Kangaroo Island, Australia for two (2) nights, (iv) standard, double occupancy (1 room) hotel accommodations in Cairns, Australia for four (4) nights, (v) standard, double occupancy (1 room) hotel accommodations in Sydney, Australia for four (4) nights, (vi) one way coach class air transportation for two (2) from Adelaide to Cairns, (vii) one way coach class air transportation for two (2) from Cairns to Sydney, (viii) round trip ferry service for two (2) between Adelaide and Kangaroo Island, (ix) one (1) full day guided reef excursion with lunch for two (2) to Agincourt Reef, (x) one (1) full day guided tour for two to Kuranda and Caravonica Lakes including buffet lunch, (xi) one (1) full day guided tour for two (2) of Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation Beach including morning tea, (xii) one (1) half day guided tour for two (2) of Sydney and Bondi Beach, (xiii) one (1) full day guided tour for two (2) of Hunter Valley Wine Region including morning tea and lunch, (xiv) one (1) full day guided tour for two (2) of Featherdale Wildlife Park and Blue Mountains National Park including lunch and river cruise of Parramatta River and (xv) One Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars (U.S. $1,500.00) spending money. One Hundred Sixty (160) Weekly Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Outback Jack prize pack, at an AMV of Thirty-One Dollars ($31.00) per Weekly Prize Winner. The Outback Jack prize pack includes one (1) of each of the following items: (i) Outback Jack t-shirt, (ii) Outback Jack hat, (iii) Outback Jack sunglasses and (iv) Outback Jack bag. TOTAL AMV OF ALL PRIZES (161 PRIZES): Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Dollars ($13,460.00). No substitution or transfer of prizes or cash redemptions permitted by Winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize(s) of like value for any reason whatsoever. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly provided for above including, without limitation, meals, beverages, ground transportation, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, gasoline, parking, souvenirs, taxi fares, room and laundry services and other personal expenses and hotel charges incurred during the trip. The Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion are each responsible for obtaining valid passports, any required travel documentation and for all fees associated therewith, prior to taking the trip. Trip must be booked a minimum of thirty (30) days in advance, dates are subject to availability and certain black-out dates or other restrictions may apply. Trip must be taken during one of the following time periods: April 28 – June 19, 2005 or July 21 – August 28, 2005. Sponsor reserves the right to approve any travel dates and travel must be completed by August 28, 2005. Winners are responsible for reporting and payment of all federal, state and local taxes (if any).

5. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants grant Sweepstakes Entities and their designees the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their names, voices, pictures and likenesses, without compensation, notification or approval for the purpose of advertising and publicizing the goods and services of the Sweepstakes Entities and all matters related to the Sweepstakes, in any manner or medium, throughout the world in perpetuity. The Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion must be age 18 or over unless accompanied on the trip by his/her parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize Winner and Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion may each be required to sign, without limitation, affidavits of eligibility, liability releases, tax acknowledgment forms and, except where prohibited by law, use of name and likeness releases and return within five (5) days of issuance of notification. Noncompliance within this time period, or a failure of a potential winner to respond to a notification attempt within five (5) days of such attempt, may result in disqualification. If (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) a Winner declines his or her prize, (iii) Grand Prize Winner is unable to travel on dates approved by Sponsor, or (iv) a Winner fails to comply with any of the Official Rules, such Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsor’s discretion. The Sweepstakes Entities expressly disclaim any responsibility and entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions and/or liability for injury, damage or loss whatsoever relating to or arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes (regardless of the cause of such injury, damages or loss) and/or the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded. In the event more winner notifications are issued, or more winning prize claims are received, than the number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules due to computer, printing, seeding, human, or other error or problem, a random drawing will take place from all eligible prize claims for the prize(s) at issue to award the proper number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules. No more than the stated number of prizes per these Official Rules will be awarded.
